Invitation to join a Computer Science consultation group, Thursday, March 12, 2020

The School of Computer Science is seeking feedback from undergraduate students as part of an academic program review. For example, we want to find out what you like or dislike about your program, what challenges you might have experienced, what you think about the courses on offer, and if you have any constructive suggestions. We are looking for 12 undergraduate students in Computer Science to participate in a one-hour consultation session, facilitated by the Student Success Office. Participants will receive  $15  added to their WatCards plus a snack! AI4Good Lab is accepting applications from women STEM students across Canada

The AI4Good Lab is a tuition-free machine learning bootcamp for women-identified STEM students and graduates across Canada. The program consists of a mashup of a machine learning bootcamp, hackathon, and self-directed team projects. It was founded by Doina Precup and Angelique Manella in Montreal in 2017 and is founded by the OSMO foundation and CIFAR. Our call for applications is open now until February 15th and we are seeking applicants from around the country!
