BenchSci is on a mission to accelerate the pace of biomedical discoveries.
Today scientists are faced with a major challenge: up to 50% of their experiments fail because of the poor quality of biological compounds. Before using a compound, scientists review thousands of scientific papers in order to identify those that have been proven to “work” by the scientific community. This is a long, rigorous process, taking hours, sometimes even weeks.

Enter BenchSci. We are creating a cutting edge technology that automates this process and
allows scientists to achieve biomedical discoveries faster. Our technology decodes scientific
papers and extracts the crucial information that scientists need. With BenchSci, scientists can now find biological compounds that have been proven to work within seconds.
If you are excited about machine learning, science, marketplaces, startups, and building cool stuff, we want to talk to you!

Software engineer jobs and internships

Who is Factual and what do we do?

Factual is a data company with the mission of making data accessible to everyone. We believe that everyone should have access to data and data capabilities so that innovation isn’t hampered by a lack of access to data. We’re currently focused on location data, although the long-term vision of the company is to cover all types of data. Our core data asset is our Global Places data - a database of businesses and other points of interest covering over 100 million places in 50 countries.
We would love to speak to students with strong engineering experience and who could hit the ground running.
We’re hiring software engineers, data engineers, and Summer 2017 data and software engineer interns!
Please stop by our booth at the 2016 University/College Career Fair on September 28, 2016 at the Manulife Sportsplex at RIM Park.

I’ll consider anyone who can prove to be a good developer. I’m willing to work with an individual or a team.

I need a dedicated developer/team that will help me get this service on the web as fast as possible and who will be available in the future for updates and fixes. Full stack developer or an app developer positioin

To all eager students wanting to be apart of an early stage startup, read ahead!
I'm looking for a full stack developer or an app developer with experience or no experience, just talent (self judged).
The concept revolves around mental health & improving the often traditional approach to seeking therapy & giving users the potential to have a consistent support network by their side although online. I'll expand on the idea once we get in contact.
Equity will be generously given to who works on the team & pay isn't guaranteed since I'm broke & looking to be the next Steve Jobs while trying to find Steve Wozniak. That said, sweat equity is the way we have to go.
Touch base with me by email or shoot me a text at 416-803-8241, feel free to call as well/leave a message.
Thanks, look forward to being in touch!
