Feb 1 Deadline for 2013 Google U.S./Canada PhD Fellowship Applications


CS PhD students:

I have just received instructions from Google on how to submit applications for Google PhD Fellowships.   To apply, you must be nominated by the School, and the School can nominate at most two students.

To be eligible, you must have completed your graduate coursework in the PhD program and  be embarking on or continuing your graduate research in the fall of 2013.

To apply for this fellowship, please use the new CS scholarships online application site at:

http://blizzard.cs.uwaterloo.ca/scholarships

We will evaluate your completed applications on January 30th. Therefore, you should complete your online application, especially the names of your two or three referees, as soon as possible, so that we can solicit letters of reference in time.
