Radix is a
research-driven trading startup (~35 people) led by Michael Rauchman (former
CTO and lead architect of GETCO), and Ben Blander (UChicago math PhD and former
head of Citadel's high-frequency group).
Over the past two
seasons, we've added 12 graduating students from Princeton, Harvard, UPenn,
MIT, Columbia, and UChicago, and we’re excited to expand our efforts to
Waterloo!
Having a technologist as
an equal partner in the firm gives us an appreciation and understanding of how
much impact technologists can have to the bottom line, so we're excited to
throw a ton of responsibility at new grads, provide complete access to our
entire stack, mentorship from industry leading technologists, and top tier
compensation.
We’re visiting campus
next week (Wednesday, July 5 and Thursday, July 6) to meet students interested
in full-time opportunities in 2018 and beyond (even if you're already committed
to fall and winter internships).

Radix Trading is a

graduates as Software Engineers: Your goal is to enhance alpha generation and
improve the research infrastructure through technology innovation. You’ll also
