The next Waterloo-local ICPC-style programming contest
will be held on Saturday,
June 22 in MC 3003. All members of the UW community are invited to try
their programming skill in Scheme, C, C++, Java, Pascal, Python, or
Scala.
For full
details and online registration, please see: http://acm.student.cs.uwaterloo.ca/~acm00/
The contest
will run from 1 pm sharp until 4 pm, and will be followed by pizza. There
will be a practice contest in the morning to allow contestants,
especially those competing for the first time, to get their account
setup and become familiar with the contest environment. Contestants
participating in the practice contest should arrive by 10:30 am in MC
3003. For out-of-town participants, it is possible to participate
remotely using a web-based system, but local participants are encouraged
to attend in person if possible.
