Zero Experience- now accepting applications

The Math Innovation Office and Velocity are hosting The Zero Experience for Winter 2023.

If you want to make a difference but don’t know how, The Zero Experience is now accepting applications for its Winter programming! In this wildly popular online innovation programming built by UW students, join teams of peers to research and design creative solutions for globally urgent problems.

You’ll learn how to launch lucrative careers, promising start-ups, impactful social programs, and more from scratch. If you’ve ever been curious about innovation, this is the place to start. Practice being a leader for your peers, discovering novel impact opportunities, and confidently sharing your ideas in this bite-sized (six online workshops spread over three weeks, that’s it!) but deeply impactful experience.

With over a thousand other UWaterloo students joining the program in the last two years, the Zero Experience is proven to work. And this isn’t school; everything you learn is immediately applicable in your daily life but continues to return value years later. 

So, if you’ve ever wanted to stand out, but you don’t feel you have a ‘great idea’, the Zero Experience is ready for you.
