Student Tickets for Causal Islands: Future of Computing Conference

Causal Islands is a gathering of the brightest minds in programming language theory, cryptography, computational media arts, and more to bring about knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Some of the announced speakers include Dr. Cristina Cifuentes, VP Software Assurance at Oracle; Jenn Schiffer, Director of Community at Glitch and Fastly; Jon Corbett, a computational media artist whose work explores how Indigenous cultural knowledge can be used as a framework for computing science and computer programming; and many more.

Causal Island is extending a special student ticket rate to University of Waterloo students. The student ticket price is $50 for three days of events, including a Toronto tech community social at the Lula Lounge. This is $300 off the regular ticket price. Click below to purchase student tickets:
