Jobs!!

The JobMine system contains employment and volunteer opportunities for all students. The department receives  requests from employers to advertise part-time, volunteer, summer, and internship opportunities for Computer Science students and posts these under the “Summer” and/or “Other” job type sections in JobMine.  There can be some great opportunities posted (there is at least one posting targeted to Computer Science students posted right now), but they are sometimes missed as students do not check these sections of JobMine as routinely as co-op or graduating student postings. Please also check JobMine if you haven't found a co-op job yet. One new CS job should be available as well. If you need any assistance accessing these job postings, feel free to connect with CECA for more information.

Part-time programming jobs

Two students from UWaterloo are hoping to partner up with some other students on a side project. What started out as a few jokes has turned into a desire to bring a mobile application to life.  We are looking for students who have spare time over the summer and who know how to code mobile applications for either Android or iOS devices. Email n2jovano@uwaterloo.ca if you are interested.
