Are you interested in helping teens develop coding skills?

There are several high schools in our area that would like to offer computer programming clubs for their students but need help. They have a teacher who is willing to handle the administrative aspects* of running a club, but need somebody with programming expertise to teach coding skills.

We are running a pilot project this fall to connect volunteers and schools.

If you have programming skills and would like to volunteer, please come to our information session:

When: October 18. Tour of Google at 6pm, information session at 7pm.

Where: Google - 51 Breithaupt Street, Kitchener Ontario

What: Discussion between volunteers, teachers, and students including those that have participated in programming clubs.

Who: Prospective volunteers, teachers, and students that are interested in running or participating in programming clubs in high schools.
