Horizons Fellowship

The Horizons Fellowship supports 200 outstanding university students in their pursuit to become multidisciplinary leaders using technology. Our fully-funded program provides real-world technology courses geared towards high-achieving college students.

Horizons students have gone onto work at a variety of amazing companies - Google, Facebook, Visa, The Stanford Research Institute, Slack, Yelp, Amazon, McKinsey, Bloomberg, J.P. Morgan, EA Games, and more.

Past Horizonites have come from a variety of schools and backgrounds. Students have hailed from Harvard, Princeton, Yale, UPenn/Wharton, Columbia, Northwestern, Brown, Michigan, state schools, community colleges and more. The world is becoming multidisciplinary in nature. We've had computer science majors, math majors, economics/business majors, biology majors, english majors, and art majors all take our program.

  1. This book is one of those books that make a profound impact on peruser. I like the composition style of the essayist. I had perused many more composing however just few were up to stamp. I recommend others to peruse this book in any event once throughout everyday life. This will get you the universe of otherworldly impacts.

  6. Wow! its really good creation for the students who have no knowledge about the technology. They have no enough money to get technology courses. They can learn also the technology because I visit this page horizons fellowship and giving free courses about new tech.

Grad students needed to mark reports for PD2

WatPD is currently seeking graduate students to mark reports for PD2: Critical Reflection and Report Writing from late-March to early-April. Students in this course must write a 16-20 page report which is worth 50% of their final grade. With over 1500 reports expected to be submitted, we need your help! Strong candidates for this position will have: ·          a desire to support students in an online learning environment ·          previous marking and/or teaching experience (preferably post-secondary) ·          strong written communication skills ·          an ability to correct quality of writing errors ·          a good understanding of English grammar and syntax To be eligible for this position, you must be available for training sessions in March that are held on campus at the University of Waterloo.
