Devpost has another batch of great hackathon opportunities that just launched.

Amazon Skills Challenge: Alexa Conversations

- Goal: Build (or update) and publish a custom Alexa skill in the U.S. Skill Store that integrates the new AI-driven Alexa Conversations dialog manager. Note: See Official Rules for full eligibility requirements.

3rd Annual AWS Hackathon for Good

- Goal: The AWS Hackathon for Good challenges developers all over the world to build (or update) an extension or plugin for VS Code, Eclipse IDE, or IntelliJ IDE that improves the workflow of developers who are maintaining a COBOL application. Opt-in Categories include: Everyone Loves Automation, Outside of the Box, and Why Didn’t I Think of That

- Prizes: Engraved Hackathon for Good Championship Belt (to also be displayed at the annual AWS public sector summit), promotion and more.

Grad students needed to mark reports for PD2

WatPD is currently seeking graduate students to mark reports for PD2: Critical Reflection and Report Writing from late-March to early-April. Students in this course must write a 16-20 page report which is worth 50% of their final grade. With over 1500 reports expected to be submitted, we need your help!
