The Department of Medical Biophysics (MBP) at the University of Toronto will be holding a Virtual Open House on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10:00 am to noon (EST), via Zoom Meeting.
We invite you to attend this event to explore our interdisciplinary MSc and PhD Graduate and Summer Undergraduate Research Programs. This is your opportunity to speak with Medical Biophysics (MBP) profs and graduate students. Learn how to apply to our graduate program, find out more about our programs from the perspective of our current graduate students and view poster displays by world-leading research labs.

of Toronto Department operating within hospital research institutes; our
students are based in Research institutes including the Princess Margaret
Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook Research Institute, Hospital for Sick Children, Mount
Sinai Hospital, Rotman Research Institute and Toronto General Hospital.
These provide access to world-renowned researchers and state-of-the-art
research facilities.
- MBP has a unique history of exceptional faculty and exceptional students: our faculty and alumni hold some of the most influential positions within the research community in Canada.
Major Research Themes include Biomedical Imaging, Cancer Diagnosis & Therapy, Cancer Mechanisms & Models, Cardiovascular Sciences, Data Science & Computational Biology, Image Guided Therapy & Device Development, Neuroscience, Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine, and Structural Biology.
