High & Ultra High Field MRI 2 Day Winter School

The Centre for Functional and Metabolic Mapping, at Western University, in London Ontario, has organized the first ever High & Ultra High Field MRI Winter School.

The two day CFMM Winter School will include an overview of high field MRI hardware considerations and construction, device testing, MRI safety as well as challenges, solutions and applications on these unique imaging platforms. You will be taking part in a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity which can provide unique insights into future studies and potential careers in a demanding discipline.
The 2015 Winter School will be held on Saturday, February 14th and Sunday, February 15th 2015 at Western University, London Ontario.

The Scholarship covers your two day participation of the winter school, all lectures and hands on training on all three of the scanners, mid day breaks, lunches, dinner Saturday night and our farewell event.  A basic travel allowance will be provided and accommodations (two days and two nights) close to the facility will be provided for your stay.

The deadline for applications is midnight January 8, 2015, - there are a very limited number of spots available.

You will find the application and list of requirements attached to this email or on our website at www.cfmm.robarts.ca.  All completed packages should be emailed to CFMM at sbedford@robarts.ca.  Applications must be accompanied by all substantiating materials listed.
