IBM PhD fellowship deadline is October 29th

  Please consider applying for the IBM PhD Fellowship that "honors exceptional Ph.D. students who have an interest in solving problems that are important to IBM and fundamental to innovation in many academic disciplines and areas of study." Details can be found at http://www.research.ibm.com/university/phdfellowship/ . Note that nominations should be submitted directly by a faculty member and you do not need to go through the grad office.
